“Soduko chair”. Prototype of easy chair with mahogany and ash frame. Made in one copy in 2012 by Kjeldtoft cabinet makers. And exhibition catalog from SE 2012. (2)

The chair was presented at the Cabinetmakers' Autumn Exhibition at Thorvaldsen Museum the 2nd November - 12th December, 2012 under the theme “The sculptural Furniture”.

“A latticework grid - with a single element on the diagonal. Simple and light-weight”.

Material description from the catalogue: Chair in 19×19 mm ash strips. Seat and back in 4 mm plywood with mahogany-pommelé veneer. Hand restraining glued together in dark and light wood. Strips, seat and back are constructed so that they together form a triangular structure, which, despite the minimal material consumption, provides great stability and strength.

Measurements: Depth: 90 cm. Height: 90 cm. Width: 60 cm.
