Unknown painters, 18th-19th century
A collection of seven miniature portraits depicting four ladies and three gentlemen. One signed and dated C. O. 1/48, six unsigned. Gouache on bone, oil on bone, watercolour on paper and pencil on paper. Various sizes from 9.5×7.5 cm to 18.5 to 16 cm. (7).
Minor wear due to age. One lady's portrait and one gentleman's portrait with paper which has turned slightly brown, one gentleman's portrait framed without glass, one gentleman's portrait with worn edges, one lady's portrait and one gentleman's portrait with foxing. Examined in frames.
