Russian Imperial St. George dagger for the navy with the monogram of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia (1894–1917) on the pommel and the white St. George cross of the saint on the top. The S-formed quillion marked “for bravery” (in Cyrillic), the blade is c. 24.3 cm long in a metal scabbard covered in black leather with three gilded mounts decorated with leaves in high relief. With the dagger a porte epee. L. c. 37 cm.
