A Danish officers sabre in its brass scabbard around 1825 with a lion pommel, chequered ebony grip and langet decorated with the crowned monogram of Frederick VI, king of Denmark 1808–1839. The c. 82 cm long blade is marked with the coat of arms of Denmark.

Condition

The blade is stained and the scabbard with signs of use.
