Kaare Klint (b. Frederiksberg 1888, d. Copenhagen 1954)

Bergere of mahogany and ebony. Seat, sides and back with French cane. Loose cushions in seat and back upholstered with patinated leather. Model 4488. Made by Rud. Rasmussen cabinetmakers, Copenhagen.

Provenance: Sculptor, Professor Einar Utzon-Frank.

Condition

Patina due to use, including scratches and marks. Cushions with patina, colour differences and surface crackles.
