Salome with the head of John the Baptist. Unsigned. Oil on canvas laid on canvas. 74×61 cm.

The original is an early masterpiece by Tizian and is in the Galleria Doria Pamphilj in Rome.

Condition

In need of cleaning. Retouches. Minor wear due to age. Minor crackles and peelings. Larger badly repaired damage in the face of the figure to the left.
