Three carved sperm whale tooth figurines in shape of Greenlandic sealers. Two signed OK and J. Larsen. H. 11.4–12.5 cm. (3)

Provenance: Brought to Denmark by the Danish Greenland explorer and head of Topographical Departement at Geodetic Institute Colonel Jørgen Marquard Jørgensen.

Condition

One figurine with broken drum, drum stick is missing. One figurine with natural cracks and irregularities. Minor cracks.
