Russian Fabergé silver-gilt and papier-maché photograph frame. Workmaster Anders Nevalainen, assayer Jakov Liapunov, St. Petersburg 1896–1908, 88 standard, scratched inventory no. 10596. Papier-maché presumably from the Lukutin Factory. H. 10. Picture square 4.1×3.1 cm.

Provenance: Earlier acquired at Christie's in King Street, London 2007, sale 7381 lot 397, “From the Collection of King George I of the Hellenes”.

Condition

Minor wear due to age, among others minor scratches and marks on the gold back. Tears at lock on the back. Minor peelings and crackles on front.
