An unusual Danish small sword pattern 1837 for officers in its scabbard. The hilt is in German silver? and the grip in ivory. The slender blade is c. 78 cm. long and etched on both sides with military motifs as well as the makers name HERAZCEK. The leather scabbard has two fine mount in the same material as the hilt - the upper mount marked J. HERAZCEK

Condition

The blade stained and the grip with some age cracks. The leather on the scabbard dry and the mounts loose.
