Portrait of a noble lady, presumably Queen Marie of Denmark. Unsigned. Oil on canvas. 236×139 cm. Unframed.
The painting has been stored in a manor house in Northern Zealand since the 1940s.
In need of cleaning. The canvas needs tightening. Stretcher is destroyed, and the canvas is therefore not fixed to the upper part of the strecther. Tear in canvas. Peelings. Spots due to damp.
