A pair of Art Nouveau birch armchairs. Tall, pierced backs with pewter inlays in the shape of flowers and scarabs, made by Georg Jensen. Sweeping armrests and tapering front legs. Made 1910. (2)
The chairs were designed specifically for the “Grill Room” at the Palace Hotel in Copenhagen.
