A grain painted suite of furniture consisting of eight side chairs and a large drop leaf table. Denmark, 1910–1911. Table H. 79 cm. L. 155/198 cm. D. 96 cm.

Provenance: The headquarters of Fyns Stifts Sparekasse in Odense [provincial Danish savings bank].

The architect Bent Helweg-Møller was mainly reputed for creating buildings, among these the headquarters of Berlingske Tidende of Copenhagen - one of the country's leading newspapers.
