A brass ship's bell and a Chadburn brass hawser telegraph. Manufactured in 1950. Bell H. 38 cm. Diam. 38 cm. Telegraph H. 135 cm. Upper part diam. 44 cm.

The ship's bell comes from the ØK (East Asiatic Company) ship “Mombasa”, which was built in the Danish shipyard Nakskov in 1950. The Chadburn telegraph is believed to originate from “Mombasa” as well.

Condition

Outer glass of the telegraph missing. One out of two inner glass plates with crack. Furthermore normal wear.
