A large impressive 19th century Kindjal short sword in a scabbard wrapped with green leather. The hilt is of two pieces of horn held together with doomed rivets with gilded support. The double edged blade with off-set deep fullers is c. 56,5 cm long, and the wooden scabbard is covered in green leather with two iron mounts - the upper mount decorated with gold koftgari.
