“PH-Adjustable-height chandelier” with polished brass frame. Three side arms with 2/2 shades of yellow/frosted glass, and one middle lamp with 3,5/2 shades of frosted glass. Manufactured 1931–1937 by Louis Poulsen. Diam. 60 cm
Literature: “Light Years Ahead”, referred and ill. p. 192: “The fittings could be raised and lowered by means of a very ingenious rolling arrangement and retain its balance in all positions. When the middle lamp set was lowered the three side flames went up. The middle lamp set could be lowered so much that it could function as a table lamp. In the other extreme position the four lamps were also gathered in a high hanging fitting”.
