These chairs are designed by the Danish architect and cabinetmaker G.E. Rosenberg. Who was director of the “The Danish furniture magazine” established in 1770 in Copenhagen. Literature: Tove Clemmesen, Møbler af N.H. Jardin, C.F. Harsdorff og J.C. Lillie. Similar armchair designed by G.E. Rosenberg for the manor house Holsteinborg in 1778.
