A Victorian silver mounted cut-glass claret jug, the silver mounts embossed with bacchanalian faces among fruiting wines, hinged cover surmounted by a rampant lion supporting af shield, engraved with owner's monogram. Maker Charles Boyton, London 1899. H. 27.5 cm.
