Tray table of caucasian walnut. Loose tray with brass handles. Made by cabinetmaker Gustav Bertelsen, 1931. H. 45 cm. W. 47 cm. L. 60 cm.

Provenance: Acquired current owner's family at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibition at Designmuseum Danmark, 1931.

Literature: Grete Jalk [ed.]: “40 Years of Danish Furniture Design”, vol. 1, pp. 102–103: “...Amongst the best contributions I should like to mention Gustav Bertelsen's living-room interior, designed by Kindt-Larsen. Everything is convincingly vorked out and several of the pieces are new designs”.
