A gentleman's wristwatch of 18k gold. Mechanical chronograph movement with manual winding. Light patinaed dial with silvered hands and painted hour markers. Exchanged winding crown. Brown strap with Baume & Mercier C-buckle of gold-plated steel. Watch diameter approx. 37 mm. 1940s.
Condition
