A rare Kastrup faience table top, decorated in colours with brightly coloured flowers such as a tulip, rose, lily of the valley, cherries, blue flowers and insects such as a butterfly, mosquito and a ladybug. Originally the edge was gilded. L. 81.5 cm. W. 58. H. 3.5 cm. Denmark c. 1760. Fortling's period. Mounted on a Danish Rococo oak table with curved apron and cabriole legs. H. 71 cm. L. 81.5 cm. W. 58.5 cm.
