Henning Koppel (b. Copenhagen 1918, d. s.p. 1981)

An early, three light sterling silver candelabrum. Georg Jensen 1945–1977. Design no. 956. Weight 1170 gr. Designed 1946. H. 8,6 cm. W. 12 cm. L. 17 cm.

The candelabrum is Henning Koppel's first work of silver holloware and initially only a few pieces were made, among these the present candelabrum. With its abstract design, the candelabrum was very complicated to make.
