Provenance: These watercolours were sold in the studio of Cesare Maccari in Rome, Piazza Sallustio, 4–9 April 1921, and then passed to the Bargagli family Florence, and then to the Studio Bibliografico Vecchi Libri, Florence, and finally to an Italian private collection till now.
