“Dunhammer/bulrush”. Woven wool turning carpet with light grey and yellow geometric pattern. Manufactured and marked G by Gram Tæpper. L. 282 cm. W. 194 cm.

In 1957 “Magasin” and “Landsforeningen Dansk Kunsthåndværk” called an open contest of new patterns for turning carpets to be manufactured by Gram tæpper. Ruth Hull entered and won the 2nd place with the Bulrush-pattern.

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including some stains.
