Portrait of a gentleman wearing a red coat, white cravat and a grey allonge wig. Unsigned. Oil on canvas. 77×54 cm.
The stretcher is stamped “Stamhuset Rønningesøgaard” (Entailed estate Rønningesøgaard). Rønningesøgaard was the entailed estate for the Mylius family from 1825 to c. 1906.

Retouches. Numerous small crackles. Marks from the stretcher visible on the front. Minimal peelings.
