In the event that two bidders submit an identical maximum bid, the time they were submitted will be decisive.
When you submit a bid at the online auction, your bid may match the maximum bid of another bidder. The two identical bids will then appear in the bid history, but sale will always go to the person who submitted his bid first and is at the top of the bidding history.
