Subscription Terms and Conditions

Subscription

You can subscribe to either one or several of the existing types of catalogues. A list of the different catalogues, including current prices, is available at the Catalogues webpage. You can either subscribe directly from this webpage or you can call us at +45 8818 1010 or email kataloger@bruun-rasmussen.dk. If you require more than one copy of each catalogue then please contact Bruun Rasmussen via email or phone.

Delivery and payment

Catalogues are generally dispatched between 2-3 weeks prior to the start of an auction. You can order the catalogue or sign up for subscription from the day the catalogue is issued until the day before the last day of auction, subject to availability. Bruun Rasmussen cannot guarantee timely delivery of catalogues if subscriptions are made shortly before or during the auction period in mention.

When the catalogue has been dispatched an invoice will be automatically generated by email. Payment can be made via the website.

Failure to pay

A reminder will be forwarded should payment not be made punctually. Further failure to pay for the subscription will lead to the termination of the subscription by Bruun Rasmussen without further notice.

Duration and termination

The subscription is valid until terminated by the subscriber. You can unsubscribe at any time via the Catalogues webpage or by contacting Bruun Rasmussen by phone or email.

Bruun Rasmussen reserves the right to terminate or cancel subscriptions at any given time without further notice.

Change of address

The catalogues will be dispatched to the address registered by the client. Should a different recipient address be required you can change the default address via the website or by contacting Bruun Rasmussen by phone or email.

Please note that subscription prices vary depending on the destination, so moving to Denmark from abroad or from Denmark to another country may influence the price of subscription.

Terms, conditions and prices

Due warning will be given to subscribers by letter or email of changes in terms and conditions or changes in pricing.
