“Church Chair”. A set of four oak side chairs, hereof one armchair. Seats with woven paper cord. Model 4133 and 4233. Manufactured by Fritz Hansen. (5)
In 1936 Kaare Klint designed this chair for the Bethlehem Church in Copenhagen. Later also installed in the Grundtvig Church.
Normal patina due to age and use, including frame with minor scratches and marks. Cane with a few stains. Slightly loose joint by armrest. Frames with few repairs/cracks.
